I called to get my refrigerator/ freezer fixed and within in 2 hours the tech was here! Within half an hour he had diagnosed the problem and fixed everything!! I am impressed with the high level of customer service and the great sense of urgency that Herndon Appliance Repair took to fix my household appliance. The technician was very knowledgeable, quick and I will calling them for all my household fixes. :-)

From start to finish, our repair experience was efficient and professional. Robert took the initial problem info and relayed it to Tony, who called back to set up the date for the repair. Tony diagnosed and explained the leak issue with our freezer icemaker, and replaced it. Thank you!
They came out very quickly when my heat was not working even though it was in the evening on a Saturday night. The work was accomplished very fast and with much skill.
