I don't live here, but people that I know living at the Bryson just reported to me that at least 50 cars were broken into two nights ago and expensive items like airbags were stolen. I wouldn't trust the security here. Also, the people I know claim that the management is a headache. Please, stay away from this place. You will thank yourself and your loved ones will thank you too.

Clean. Quiet. Nicely landscaped if you pay for a 2 or 3 bedroom... the property decor slightly downgrades around the singles.

My daughter has sub-let a condo here for 7 yrs. The quality of life has degraded over the last 2 years. Dogs are now allowed to run off leash, with numerous bite incidents. Dumpsters constantly overflowing with stench and maggots next to the parking ramp. And most disturbing tenants with mental health issues and recurring violent episodes, all the while management dismisses responsiblity. Perhaps that explains the massive employee turnover. This WAS a convenient location, but the glut of new construction and loss of green space makes this a POOR choice and bad investment.

Been living here as a tenant to a condo owner for a while now. I really enjoy it! Only two annoyances are folks who drive too fast in the garage and folks who don't know how to take care of their trash. But, suck people suck, no matter where you go. That's life.
