Finding a thorough, dependable, professional commercial cleaning company can be an exhausting challenge. I am very happy that I found exactly that in CleanOffice. The responses I received in the bid process were incredibly varied, but CleanOffice was the most thorough and communicative. There were some challenges as we onboarded, but each time there was an issue I had at least one person responding immediately to any need. Throughout the transition each issue was systematically and professionally resolved. I am very pleased with the service we receive from CleanOffice, especially amidst the current pandemic. I highly recommend CleanOffice.

One of the employees at my company tested positive for COVID. We use CleanOffice in our office building, but I needed a company to sanitize customers' homes that our employee had been inside. I called our rep, Heather Parker, and asked if CleanOffice could do it. She told me that they do not do residential cleaning, but would try to help me find someone. This was on the eve of a holiday weekend and Heather spent hours contacting companies she knew and found us someone (Larry Greene with EnviroSafe) who could do our residential cleaning over the holiday weekend. EnviroSafe did an exceptional job and our customers were very satisfied. In the end, Heather and CleanOffice went above and beyond what we pay them for in a time we needed help the most.

The managers of this company mistreat the employees. And they fire them unjustifiably without the possibility of human resources doing anything for them, the employees. Since they don't listen to the claims of the employees.
