Professional team, they did a good job. There was one place in our guest bathroom which we thought was permanently stained when we got our new place but team was able to remove the stain!! There were few places I had to point out dust but nothing major. I wish gals were little more attentive like Moe but not complaining. Just room for improvement. Will definitely recommend them to my friends.

I have been using CleanQuest in various places I've lived in the Reston and Herndon area for many years. They have always done a great job whether it's the routine biweekly service, move in/move out clean or deep carpet clean. They even passed my parent's clean test when they cleaned my parent's carpet in their town home in Reston, which is next to impossible to pass. They are punctual, friendly and a great value. Moe, the owner, is great to deal with and is very accommodating to my schedule even if last minute.

We have recently moved into the area from another state and were looking for a maid service; I talked to one of my co-worker who recommended this company to me. We called them up and set up an estimate, and we singed up biweekly service. We just had our initial cleaning last week and was terrific; we couldn't be happier. I downgraded one star due to my recent experience after I put my service on hold due to personal reasons. I called them back after three months and requested to resume service the same day I called. I was told it is impossible to schedule service the same day, and I was disappointed; I was expecting a guest arriving later the day and which force me to do the cleaning. Am I too pushy? lol
