Discovery Square is a really great place to live. The community looks really nice and feels safe. The staff are all incredibly helpful and courteous. I had no problems coordinating with movers and getting all of my questions answered quickly! The maintenance staff was also very responsive! UPDATE: Contacted management at email below and they never got back to me, after they ignored previous emails and sent me to collections... this management company is horrible, not worth it. No walkthrough before we Moved in, carpets were stained, evidence showed to management and they then charged me for carpet replacement at move out. Car charges also never worked, hallways were always loud with doors slamming and kids running, and management went in my apartment like once or twice a month almost every month i was there.

Lived here for a year and never had any issues plus it’s a super pet friendly community. The management team is very supportive, professional, and responsive Carrissa and Colin are great. Highly recommend.

It was such a wonderful experience to stay at the Discovery Square, the environment was pleasant and always clean and lots of fun program arrange by the management almost every week. I can’t say enough about the management and staff in particular Collin was very helpful throughout my stay. Excellent location very clean and close to shopping schools and park. There was so much to be thankful for. I would highly recommend the Discovery Square.

Absolutely atrocious. The windows are horrible and don’t eliminate any noise. It’s deafening honestly. Endless problems with tenants that don’t follow rules. You’ll get an email daily about that. Kids skateboarding on the roof with police called, tenants arguing with police called, filthy hallway carpets, and a management office that couldn’t care less about their tenants. The director, Jackilu, thinks she’s too good for everyone and seems incredibly pretentious. She glares at everyone. Seems like a miserable person. You also can hear airplanes taking off the runway at night from Dulles too. There’s not a single working professional living there either. DSQ is not worth your time and money. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
