Been sitting here with my daughter (8years) for past 30 mins and twice they provided me forms with all wrong information. I am told people are in training but sure people know how to read. They took my cards etc and all info was listed. Please hire someone who can read and type correctly.

I just tried calling Fairfax Radiology and they submitted the information incorrectly to insurance for my mother in law. I called them and at first they gave me information as to why they charged a certain price and when I called again they told me they couldn't give me information at all. Either they don't know their own policies or just want to take advantage and charge people loads of money. Very unprofessional customer service representatives. Do not trust them.

Fairfax Radiology at Elden Street is exceptional! I was scheduled at the wrong location, believing I was suppose to be at the Elden Street location. They did not turn me away but fit me into their schedule gladly. Lynette was my technician. She was efficient, warm and friendly. What could have been a frustrating situation turned into a wonderful experience.

It was a very smooth appointment. I had my COVID screening done, then was taken inside, filled out paperwork, within 5 minutes, I was called back. The exam was smooth and everything was explained very well. The office was clean and socially distanced. Everyone wore masks.

After reading the reviews i was horrified and expecting the worst possible experience but boy was I wrong. Once I got to the place all the staff was so friendly and helpful, including the receptionist at both locations 106 and 100. I would recommend this place to anyone who is nice and kind and wants to be treated the same and with respect!
