I went To them because they were close to my house and the owner was very helpful and extremely nice. He fixed my very old printer and then realized that it was fix Was only going to be temporary and then sold me at a very reasonable price an identical machine. Great experience.
Excellent service. Walked me through a very easy process I was going to initially pay a lot of money for. Clearly the best in Northern Virginia!!!!! Integrity is a premium that is excellent when you find it.
This guy is terrific! I took my two month old, inexpensive, non functioning printer/scanner/fax to Frank in desperation. He took time to find and fix the problem while talking with me about how to get the best results (heavier paper, paper placement in tray) from this machine while it lasts. Also assessed my home office needs and recommended a better printer and where to get the best buy for next time.
We had a fabulous experience with Francotech! Super quick and helpful, and we did not have to buy a new printer. Very happy with both the efficiency and communication!
