I am pleased to share my experience regarding the outstanding service provided by Hyrdotech Irrigation. Today the team of David and Sebastian visited my home to repair damaged drip lines. The team was ahead of schedule; and in a friendly and courteous manner, explained in detail the necessary steps to complete the project. They were responsive to my questions and even suggested other services to optimize irrigation. I value outstanding customer service ; and ask that you share my sentiments with David and Sebastian. I gave only one star, not because of their actual service/work--that is excellent; but, because I left voicemails for call-back as well as dialing in and listening to terrible music for 1/2 at a time. Terrible call-back and response service. But, I will give them 5 starsfor when they do actually come out. Their servicve is excellent but responsiveness terrible.
I’ve been using Hydro-Tech irrigation for several years for spring turn on and winterization. I have been happy with their service. We did have an issue this winter but they quickly responded and fixed the problem - no hassle! I have also had them come repair the sprinkler system, which they didn’t install, and they fixed the problem quickly. They ID’d the problem and remedied the situation in under 30 mins. I would highly recommend their services
Illuminata is the lighting division of Hydrotech irrigation. I just had a wonderful experience with Chris Space and illuminata. After coming to my home to review my existing lighting, Chris proposed changes to accent areas of my home, and remove lights with no purpose! I was excited for night to see the changes made, and was not disappointed! I had a wonderful experience with this company and would highly recommend them B McCone
