Nice people, Not a bad experience but one pretty big problem. First off let me just say that people generally are not having a good day when they need or have to pay for a tow truck. I got my car towed and it was totally my fault, i should have put up a guest pass. The people were nice, fast, no issues there. I saw the 2 star review and was initially concerned. The problem, the only reason i didnt give them 5 stars is because of the 40 foot of tire marks behind my car. When they towed my car, they didnt do the thing to the transmission (they get under the car) to put the car in neutral. They are suppose to do that as soon as they can lift the car. So they dragged the car, probably putting flat spots on the tires and tons of unnecessary wear on the trans mission of my 2 year old car. That was very disappointing. I guess towing a car is generally a pretty rough job on the car anyways so I shouldnt have left my car in the parking spot after hours without a pass. BTW, the picture is over 24 hours after the tow and was much more noticable the day of. I park in this lot daily so i know the marks were not there.

I had the absolute worst experience with this \business \. They towed my car from my new condo i just moved into the day before. It ended up being my landlords fault. However when I picked up my car they gave me a receipt. I didnt pay attention to the receipt until 2 days later when I needed to submit to my landlord for reimbursement. They had written thr wrong car make and model, color, license plate and street address where it was towed from. I didnt think my landlord would reimburse if she thought it was towed from somewhere else. I contacted them to ask for a new correct receipt and gave all the correct info. They wrote up a new one with the correct car and emailed it to me with a SECOND different incorrect address, even though I told them the correct one. I called him to correct it again and he refused. I couldn't believe it. Theh couldn't get the correct car, street address and then wrote a second incorrect address. I have no idea whats wrong with these people.
I’ve been using JDR for years now. Loves these guys. They are very professional and have great towing rates.
If you can use another place.
