I’ve been a homeowner here for a few months and I have nothing but positive things to say about the condo. Sales staff was not high pressure & a smooth sale with Pulte and their associates. Good location, beautiful homes, decent value, and no major issues so far except for a repair in progress on our second bathtub.

Location location location, cause I dare say Ryan homes had better value. Update, community regularly loses power in the morning lately. Updating after recent COVID19 closure of adjacent park that builder stated could function as overflow parking. To add insult to injury, then Pulte threatens to tow cars off the community that are park in construction places as it is making it difficult for them to sell houses. Here is an idea... Build adequate parking that supports the residents and potential guests, and make sure your 2-car garage can actually hold 2 mid size cars with space for bicycles too... Rather than further penalizing people who fell for your poor quality quality and planning. Recommendation for future home owners... DON'T BUY PULTE P.S. Believe only 4 of 6 reviews are from residents of the community after doing some web searching.

OVERPRICED CHEAP QUALITY (Luxury)HOMES, Except location there is NOTHING good about these homes. Pulte did not mantain basic construction quality, big gaps in every door. Very poor home insulation. Very narrow streets. They didn't even cover the external wall cable holes.

Not enough parking in the area, especially now with everyone staying home because of quarantine. Low quality construction of the homes.
