Detroit Pizza is good. Hope it gets perfected and stays as a new style. Quality seems to be hit or miss.

Pizza Hut has come a long way. Their pizza are always innovative yet sticking to key ingredients. Great customer service and great taste at a moderate price. Good for the whole family. I strongly suggest.
The quality of food is the most important factor influencing overall-experience. if quality is not up to mark the frills of service do not matter much. Third time in a row the pizza base / bread was under cooked. Hugely disappointed, as a regular proponent of the brand for every party.
The lady that took my order never asked how I wanted to pay and hung up. The driver shows up with the pizza and tells me I have to pay with cash even though I dont have any. He spends 10 min calling the store, then has me sit on the phone for 10 more min getting told to hold on, then when I give them my card number, twice, they say its declined.
The service has been horrible everytime I have been there. The lady manager has always been rude to us, while I see her being very nice to some other customers. Seems race matters here. This time, we went there and ordered two pizzas for take out. The place was empty and we were told to wait. So we sat there in one of the booths. After some time, this lady came and told us we can not sit there and that we need to go sit in the waiting bench. We asked does it matter as there are no customers for dining anyway. She was very rude and said we have to move. And then, nobody told us when the order was ready. We stood there at the counter waiting. Enough is enough. This is our last visit.
