I had a big problem with the help desk , and almost terminated my contract . Please don't call help desk , they don't know anything and they live in a different world . unlikely to happen in anywhere in the world , after thanksgiving i got an e mail from Candice Johnson from the front desk of the building telling me she is sorry to see me going and asked nicely if their is anything she can do , to keep me here . She did a great job , very professional , polite and nice girl . I recommend if you have any issues talk to her straight and don't call the help desk .

Former management was very good but now it has been in the state of not managing level. No preventive maintenance at all. As an example the whole building has no internet nearly 5 days and clients losses were not measured at all.
