Incredibly disappointed in this place. I needed to pick up a couple Puffbars and swing by because it’s closer to my house (a mistake I won’t make again). I was talked into purchasing two Puffbar Pluses rather than the usual single use ones by a good-looking dude who was really cool. I decided to try them. Here’s where the problem starts. When I got home, I opened the pack and it was obviously damaged. There was juice all over the inside of the package and the outside of the device. It didn’t bother me, so I just wiped it off. However, when I went to hit it, it didn’t work at all. I tried several times, but nothing was coming out; the light on the bottom wasn’t working. I called the store to see if I could exchange it for a working device: after all, it certainly wasn’t my fault. I was told that the people working couldn’t say whether or not they could return it, they had to speak to management, which I fully understand. I called today, and they told me they couldn’t replace it. I was quite surprised; it seems like basic customer service to replace a defective device. It’s not a lot, but now I’m out 20, which in today’s climate, is a problem. I wouldn’t recommend this shop unless your friends with the people who work here. I was prepared to use this as my main store (which I give fat more business than I care to admit), but if this is what happens, I’m glad to drive the extra time to tobacco hut. I suggest you do the same.
Don't be me. Be a smart consumer. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful. Went in to find a replacement system for the JUUL and was showed the MYLE. All sounded great. Promise of greater battery life, greater pod endurance, and less leaking. Bought a device and two flavor packs. One of the pods was already leaking INSIDE of the packaging. Went to MYLEs website and found out they discontinued their products in the US almost a month ago. While I still agree that FOR NOW, I have a marked improvement over the JUUL system. It feels harsh to be sold DISCONTINUED products that don't exactly live up to expectations and that will need to be replaced again in a matter of weeks. Not to mention after the visit to MYLE's website and realizing there is a pretty significant markup on the products in this shop compared to their website.. although to be fair, I would not have been able to order online anyway since they don't sell to the US anymore.
