Oil change
Visited for emissions and safety inspection. Team was professional and efficient and showed attention to detail. Rather than stripping the expired sticker off and slapping the new one over the residue, they actually cleaned the area before applying. Little things mean a lot!

Had the spark plugs and oil changed. Noticed on the bill when I came home that it said synthetic blend and not fully synthetic. I called in and the guy tells me it’s a computer glitch and there is no way that they would have given me the wrong oil. Also, the main reason I came in was to see if they could help me figure out why the steering wheel vibrates, but only on idle. They ran a diagnostic and claimed my car was misfiring on one or more cylinders. That’s why they changed the spark plugs. I also asked if they ran the diagnostic test again after they changed the spark plugs and he said no but they took it for a test drive and it was fine. Well, fine is eyes of the beholder I guess. It still vibrates on idle, even more so now. Driving around the block to check it would not help. Simply turning it on and grabbing the steering wheel would have been more helpful. Maybe you will have a different experience than me at this place but having been robbed of over 400 for a service that had absolutely no value feels like a kick in the gut. In fact it will cost me even more to have my oil changed somewhere else to get some piece of mind and to make sure I have the right oil.
Don’t know about right now, but they always accommodate my schedule. I missed my Tuesday appointment and forgot to call them. They squeezed me in for emissions on Wednesday. They’re always so engaging at the front desk. And they do excellent work for a good value. I really feel like I found my “home” mechanic.
Great experience taking my car here. The pricing was very fair and the work was finished in a timely manner. Employees were very professional and answered all my questions. I will definitely bring my car back next time I need maintenance work done.
