Called weeks ago to renew a season pass we didn't use from 2020. I spoke with a woman who submitted my request. She said they would be in touch. I believe she said within two weeks, but I can't remember. Regardless, it's been 4 weeks and I haven't heard a verdict if I can move over the 2020 pass. Today I called at 12:30 and was on the phone waiting for someone to pick up for over a half an hour. The google listing said the Season Pass office was open from 4pm-9pm. I called at 6:10 and the office recording said they were closed. I am hoping to resolve this, but please be aware if you're in a similar situation expect similar results.

Customer service is very rude and unprofessional and even the manager on duty came off as very rude unapologetic.
Held my season pass money for over 6 mos. Took at least 6 emails and multipile calls to get a refund. Have been a loyal customer for years. It doesn't matter too them. Refused to extend pass till 2021 season. Wanted my money. Finally received
The Season Pass office is now part of the new Ticketing Services building in Chocolatetown. The employees were very helpful in answering questions and providing us with our King Size Passholder goodies. This is also where you will go to get your daily tickets if you are buying them at the park. There are social distancing cues in the queue line and every window counter surface is disinfected between customers.
Hershey park will take out additional payments that are unauthorized and has the audacity to suspend passes when a 4th payment( in a 4 week period) doesn't take out. Employees at the pass office are not trained enough-first lady couldn't even find my account when given account number first and last name and spelling it out as well. Every supervisor that I've come across has been rude with one even hanging up on me for me stating that payment was not authorized-accoring to her HP can take out as many times until passes are paid for which IT DOES NOT REFLECT THAT IN THE CONTRACT. how these type of people get into management is beyond me. They only have over 30 rides closed and refuse to give any discount of any sort but yetthey want a break due to corona, however they're not thinking that way as they dip into my account all they want. I have yet to even receive any free tickets that were supposed to come with king size passes. Save your money and business for some place else cause this place isn't worth it. Out of the 3 times we did go, the workers tried starting a ride while my daughter was in a seat with her bars still up-which they are currently going through a lawsuit for the same thing that happened 2 years ago and a kid ending up having to jump off. Anymore, they are just negligent. I use to go in the 90s as a kid and LOVED it and I was looking forward to taking my kids now that they are old enough. Trust me, it's just not worth it
The first time I went to use my Season Pass was June 22. The general parking was full so the park opened up season pass parking to everyone. After waiting for 20 minutes, the lot was full. I had to leave. I PAID EXTRA for the ability to park in special lots, but the park administration did not reserve that lot for its season pass holders.
Was told to contact pass office to update information. Called and was hung up on multiple times. No way to go on hold for services. Just plain ignorant.
The employees here are very friendly- 5 stars for the employees. 1 star for the setup, it's hidden back a walking path, when there is a long line it's hard to get out as the path is full of people waiting in line to get in. When purchasing the drink plan you need to find a place somewhere in the park to pickup your cup... The elusive cup distributor! If you can purchase the plan at this office you should be able to pick up the cup here too. It took us roughly an hour to actually get the cup, some people told us it was upwards of 3 hours. Fortunately it's only once per season you need to do this but Hershey should do something to make this a smoother operation. The sweetest place on earth doesn't feel very sweet when you're running around looking for something you've already stood in line to pay for.
