Having spent 30 years in the bottled water business I can say that while most companies provide quality products and competitive prices, the thing that sets the top ones apart is service. It is a service business after all, and while I'm glad to have a company like Master's with a great product line, that regularly emails reminders a day ahead of scheduled deliveries allowing me to order or request any special instructions, as well as ease of billing, I'm also fortunate to have Justin as my delivery driver/representative. He is personable, courteous, on time every time, and stands out because he treats his route and customers as if they're his own. I would recommend Master's Coffee and Water and in particular Justin if you are considering water/coffee service for your business or home. Bob K.

I recently saw a post on Facebook praising Rolando. I commented on the post because Rolando is the best. After writing that comment, I wanted to share even more. Rolando has been delivering our water for a long time. He always greets me with a smile and asks how we are doing. He is so polite, courteous and very conscientious. I am able to text him prior to my delivery date if there is a change I want to make. I am so glad he is a part of the Master's Family!!!

My place of business is around the corner from their high desert location. Yet, I cant get anyone to deliver water to me. I was supposed to get water delivered on 9/9/2020. Here it is, 9/26! still, no water. I've called, reported the issue, and nothing. I have absolutely NO water. Oh but you better believe they took my money. They took my money, and cant deliver the water I paid for, even though I am around the corner! insane.
