My last experience here was extremely disappointing. The staff is rarely ever warm and inviting. As for there level of professionalism and compliance with DOT regulations, they are top notch. Outside of that, I genuinely wish my organization would send me to a mobile service where the staff was gracious and it was a more pleasant experience.

Ellie is the worst person to deal with here. She sounds like the owner. Impatient to customers and will hang up on you. If you deal with them try to do everything by email. She had a hard time doing so but it's the only way to protect yourself. Find another company. Trust me.

I watched as an employee here collected 4 samples from people without washing his hands or using gloves. highly questionable, especially when these people and practices, can determine whether or not you keep your job.
