Shame on management, only one employee running the place on a Friday night. Employee deserves raise for holding down the fort. WaBa needs to investigate this. How can cleanliness and quality be assured with one staff member. CDPH should pay a visit. Place is filthy. Only so much one employee can do. Hello corporate?

Had some issues with the app but the manager Jaime was awesome and help resolve the issue and went above and beyond to make things right. Truly appreciate it. thank you
I'm not one to leave reviews or complain, but this was another story. I waited over an hour for my food. Others waited for 2 hours, and some left without refunds or food. Poor management, burnt food, my dumplings were completely blackened and the meat tasted awful. Won't recommend unless you don't mind waiting for at least an hour.
Today was a horrible experience at this waba grill location. Ordered chicken bowl and miso soup. Well waited 10 min when I was the only person not getting my meal. My bowl sat because they were waiting for miso soup. Finally got my meal. Was driving. My soup was less than Luke warm. And my chicken bowl was Luke warm from sitting. Very upset. Waste of money tossed soup and had to eat cold chicken and rice.
They overcharged just on avocado then forgot to give us the avocado and gave us Brown vegetables the worst experience I've ever had I will not eat here again
I ordered a beef waba bowl. I felt it was a little tough. The is very good,had a very good amount of rice and beef. I asked for sesame seeds, the worker said the did not have it at this restaurant. Disappointing. The counter was not clean.
This place needs to have the health department called. Improper mask wearing and covid procedures. Employees touching their face and clothes and then the food. Disgusting! No refunds either!!
Lousy tasting teriyaki chicken don't even taste like Waba grill recipe. What's up with chopping the chicken into pieces like shredded beef or carnitas. Big No No! Plus they give it to you cold. No like! Sorry stick to the Waba grill recipe & style serving or quit!.
