Kamme and Scott were awesome to work with! They were both responsive and easy to get a hold of when I had questions. The Dan's Cycle team were able to get my motorcycle order in and shipped way faster than what I was expecting. The bike was damaged during shipping, but they put the replacement parts on order immediately. I am truly impressed with my experience with them. I will definitely be back for service and aftermarket parts! Thank you all so much!

My rating is based solely on my interaction with the \sales\ department over the phone. I called about a 2019 model hustler they had listed on their website. The \salesman\ told me they had not had a 2019 model available for two years and was surprised it was listed as part of their inventory. He then thanked me for calling and hung up. Didn't offer to tell me about anything else they had or ask me if there was another mower I might be interested in. Apparently, they don't really want to sell mowers or he didn't think I was a real customer. Maybe business is just too good right now. Owners might want to think about hiring a sales person instead of just someone answering the phone when you ask for sales...

I just seen my friends Yamaha R6 and its trashed. The bike was returned with parts in a box and components removed from the engine housing, plus completely missing the radiator cap? Motorcycles are 2 wheeled death machines if not properly maintained. By the looks of it, you dont value a customer's property or their life. If the customer makes a different decision due to change of heart or finances , still, offer quality work through and through .

Took 2 older ATV's in for service and found them to be very helpful and worked hard to get the job done right. Bob really does care about what the customer needs, and wants. They are very busy and overwhelmed with factory recalls, yet still make every effort to do things right.
