Excellent quality screened topsoil delivered to my family's home at a reasonable price. Easy transaction. Phone representative & driver were very friendly! Got a call that delivery would be earlier than planned, so we knew to expect it. Driver waited to dump until we pointed out location; he was very polite. Extremely happy with service & product.

I normally don't bother writing reviews online, however, this is an exception to the rule and this will be a blistering one. The owner Erica is horrible and absolutely rude on the phone. I don't know how they stay in business treating their customers so abrasively. She was so obnoxious and arrogant, I was mortified by her behavior, it was so incredibly unprofessional. She was not only unfriendly, but she had the audacity to scream at me and hang up the phone. She also accused me of wasting their time for their mistake! No paying customer should be subjected to that kind of abuse and I am happy to take my business elsewhere. I would never recommend a company with such poor customer service. What a terrible place, I have never been treated so rudely! I'm inclined to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Battanelli has (at least) three different businesses I'm aware of. There's a shop and Garden Center, a tree service and a landscaping business. I believe each business stands on its own and should be reviewed independently. The above said, my review is for the Landscaping service, which I found to be sub-par. I had a sizable project, 20k. The work wasn't done right the first time and it took multiple conversations with the owner to get things right. In a number of instances, it never got right, so I needed to fix, or finish myself. The whole experience, start to finish, was very disappointing. I would think very carefully before considering them to do anything even moderately complex.
