My experience at fun town rv Waco was very quick, easy and professional. Starting with Mandy Ortiz in sales who did an amazing job getting me everything I asked for and got me the pertinent information I needed before making the 2 hr trip from Fort Worth to buy a fifth wheel sight unseen. This was our first purchase from Fun Town RV, and it went very smooth. We knew the price we were prepared to pay for our 2021 Forest River Salem FSX 260RTX, and Adam Alexander made it happen! There were two minor issues we noticed when we got home, and Adam had us bring it back. Victor repaired a loose wire on a clearance light, and adjusted the weight distribution hitch while we waited. Within 30-minutes, we were back on the road. Victor took the time to answer a few questions we had before leaving. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional.
