Ripp off report is not enough to describe what this people doing. -When you first call you got PHILLIP STORCH,nice guy who serving you a story about support to start a business,training and he is there to tell you how to make 40c/1 mark up in retail with dollar store. -Next step they give you they real estate guy to help you find and sign a lease in a \good location\ After you sign a lease on space for next 3 years at least aprox between 2500-3500/month and drain out around 7000 for deposit,you got expense sign and licenses to do it( buckstore is not a franchise ),a new couple thousands. -Then your real estate return you to buckstore but now you are transferred to Michael Warshower who is there to make final invoice. -Between 30-70 thousand you have to pay them so they can start ordering for you. - They promise you crew who is gona set up your store -in reality you got 3 guys who is not even speak english. -They sold you POS you got TRASH slow computer you cant browse goggle with it and some weird guy on call to train you on that garbage. -Merchandise they order for you are gona cost you 75-85 c per piece plus shipping at least 10 c per piece so you gona have 5c per piece instead first promise 40c to make. -Consider that you have around 10000 merchandise per 1000 sf you gonna have to sold all your store several times a month just to cover operational expenses. -They rip me off ,please be smarter than me ,my revenue in beginning was between 200-400 a day so I decide to use smart my first 3 months off of lease and turn in to national food store.

Worse customer services ever. Call so many time to go see their showroom and no response. Also left lots of messages and no return call..dont waste your time with them..try it if you trust me..you'll see what im talking about
