RIP-OFF!! Way overpriced on services. They wanted to charge me 86 to switch rubber wristbands on my two Invictas. Whereas I only paid 16 for the same job inside the same Westland Mall at another location. Also they charged me 30 to change the battery on my swiss watch when I’ve always paid 11 with same 2 year guarantee at other locations.

Chronos Boutique at Wesland Mall the best of it’s class, It has been a life saver for me. For many years I felt so skeptic to take my watches to any store, I really did not trust anyone , but then I found Eric at Chronos in Wesland Mall, this gentleman is a true professional and someone who really cares about his customers, he has gone the extra mile to attend to my needs and has always go beyond my expectations. Since the first time I visited the store, I was educated properly in how to maintain my watches, also received an explanation on the proper functioning and how to set them up, all my receipts are always sent via text and email and always receive a call to give updates on how is the process of repairs going. I’m truly happy with Chronos because Eric makes this store one of a kind, I would never go anywhere else. Rafael

DO NOT GO HERE. Very irresponsible and disrespectful service. I went to change my watch’s battery where I was charged a hefty price for a battery charge but I paid it because I needed this change. However, this change.. broke my watch. They incorrectly fastened my watch, which when I got in the water at home, it was filled with water and stopped working. A Swiss watch that I’ve always had and have been using for many many years. I have more than one of these brands and use them for every activity including diving. When I went back to tell them that my watch had stopped working, they told me it was because it was a cheap Swiss watch and water probably went in from elsewhere. They said that all they could do was send it to their local offices and see where the water came in from. All they did was give me excuses and said that my watch was cheap and all I could do was wash my hands with it. I have always used this watch for every activity including various water activities. I have always changed my watch’s battery at other places and nothing has happened with my other ones either. I even paid for their guarantee but they only said that they would send it to their family offices for further investigation- which obviously they would not tell me how my watch broke. However, I know why my watch is broken now, so I brought it home. Very insulting and disrespectful place.. not planning on going back.
