I had such a wonderful experience with this company. The owner personally handled my order and they are extremely personable. To me, customer service is the most important thing and theirs was amazing! You don't usually customer service this great anymore. Not to mention the coffee is AMAZING! Wow! I love this Lavazza Machines, prepare amazing Italian espresso at the touch of a finger. I got it for my office FREE USE, and I had the opportunity to get one for my house at a small fee. The good thing I don't have to buy expensive machines, and they service it for free. LAVAZZA best Italian Coffee around the world. Colonial have great programs!
This company is a complete scam they lease you the machine with a 200 deposit once you want to cancel the contract they will make your life miserable, and won't return you the money. The capsule are 0,60 cents once you can find them online for 0.30 cents. The owner is a complete crook don't ever sign any contract with them buy your own machine and your own capsule. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
