I love shopping at this Vitamin Shoppe. It is always stocked with what I need and the staff is always ready to help out to get me in and out of there. They tend to recognize that I am there to buy my items, have my list ready and want to get and go. Not spend time discussing the differences between this and that or what this and that does. If they have a customer like that in the store they are respectful enough to put them on pause and get me rang up and out of their. Thank You The Vitamin Shoppe Team. No disrespect to browsers but sometimes you need to just pause and let other get and go.

My first time in the store (I've been an online customer for a long time) I got good service. The atrenda5was courteous and had good knowledge of the products and services. Overall I had a good first time experience.

I could say their services worked fine for me for three years, but no any more. Let's say the customer service helps, but the system doesn't. Eg: It is impossible to call through the standard route but whenever you call through the Plus route, you communicate right away. Consequently, Cuballama is selling services that they can not provide to its customers. Hopefully they overcome this issues in a near future or they are going to lose their customers.
