I went in to buy a gift for someone and the attention was spectacular, a young guy named Alejandro assisted me with great customer service. I am highly satisfied with my purchase and the prices. They are very reasonable with lowering prices for your best interest. I loved the experience. Definitely coming back!!!

I am leaving one star for several reasons: 1. I do not understand why they would need driver's license, email and phone number from a customer who is not buying anything.. 2. They initially told me the service would take about 10 minutes and they would text me when ready. 20 minutes after I went back and still nothing. The whole process (resizing a watch) took, and I am not exaggerating, from 9:05AM until 10:34AM. And no, the place was not crowded, I only saw customers after I had requested the service. 3. In the middle of it, one of their staff members comes out to where I was to tell me I had to pay another 6 (initially 10tax) for the service. Right, 6 may not be a lot but it is definitely not what I had already paid for and not the price they had told me over the phone the day before when I called \to ask how much that was\. So yes, it now depends on the watch. 4. I go back in to pay for the other 6, and there I waited another \10 minutes\ that turned into 25 or so. So yes, the whole process was longer than an hour. 5. Oh, it seems they also took long because they were supposed to remove 5 links and originally only removed one. I am not sure if the lady really made the mistake and did not specify how many links or if that was just to justify the excessive time they were taking. She did apologize for the wait and the price confusion but nothing else was done to remedy what had happened. Anyway, not coming back. Not a happy customer. And no, I am not one of those super hard to deal with or extremely complaining customers. Pero no... No No. Note: I am still trying to figure out why they would have a total of 4 ladies at the front. Not much was happening. How is that business \doing so well\?
