I completed my Open Water certification class last weekend and had a great time. I felt really lucky to have Tim Yeo as my instructor. He is fun and enthusiastic and has a world of knowledge (literally) around diving. I didn't pick up on some skills as quickly as the rest of my class and he was completely encouraging until I was successful. I was also lucky to have a small class size and fun group that made our open water dive days a great experience all around.

Made an ordered Dec 12th and it still shows shipping pending as of today Dec 21st. Called and spoke with someone to try to figure out what is going on and they said they would check on it and call right back. 7 hrs later no call back and I have called several times and no answer since, left message. Just need to know if my order will arrive as I have a trip the day after Christmas. I had to call another shop to overnight since I have no idea what the status of my order is. Been under impressed and would recommend several other good companies to buy from.

Incredible customer service. I have never written a review before but this is a great company. I found them online and placed my first order recently. They had everything I needed which was great. I called a few days later because of an upcoming trip deadline and learned there was a problem with my payment. Jose answered the phone and was very proactive about communicating what was going on with the order from start to finish. After a PayPal delay, fixing a mistake in my order (my fault), and then ANOTHER delay (fault of the shipping company) they still made sure I got the order in time for my trip. Not once did they mention additional shipping costs or anything like that, they just genuinely cared that I had what I needed to enjoy my trip. So thank you Jose and Spearfishing World team. You went above and beyond my expectations.
