Two weeks ago, I was looking around and found imperial on Google map. I read there reviews of other customers giving them a good rating and prices so I gave them a try! I purchase a Rheem, 3 ton, 16 sheer condenser high efficiency with air handler product from imperial to replace the old one. Installed it myself, had a professional do the rest. The unit is very quiet outside and inside. I am very pleased with my purchase. Will come back for future purchase to care for my A/C. Thank you Imerial
