Don't do it. The product is reasonable, but its management is appalling. Once they have your deposit they'll stop answering your calls or texts. The stress of dealing with this company is just not worth it. If you decide to go forward with this company I'd suggest the following; 1. Confirm a start date and hold them to it with financial penalties if the do not start on that day. My project started 6 weeks after the planned date and I had to put 4 other contractors on hold. The company just doesn't care. They will offer all sorts of excuses for being delayed. 2. If they install lights be sure to run the lights for several hours initially as the company installed a transformer that was 1/3 of the need and it burned out within a day and the company refused to assist. Eventually I got an electrician to repair the job. 3. Test the roof for drainage. My roof has a constant pool of water in one corner - again, the company won't repair it. I'd never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I'd have preferred to spend a little more for quality service and product.

Really good product and quality, very nice people. I recomend a friend and she is very happy too. The Louver roof is beautifull, i love it.
If you get luck to get a hold on them for your project you might be able to know if they are good or not. So far I have been waiting more than a week to get an answer...and still waiting.
Initial completion time was 30 days. Took over a year to complete. It was a very draining process trying to get roof completed. Roof quality is good (Not completely rainproof) and price is very competitive. However, if you decide to move forward I wish you good luck!
