They do predatory monetary practices. They will go to court for late medical payments and charge a 18% interest rate for them. This is absurd and exactly what is broken with American medicine. I will go somewhere else to have my horrible kidney stones treated before I give this carpet bagging company any of my business.

One of your workers named Emily attended me very politely and had a great attitude. I would definitely be going again if that’s how everyone there is. Thank you so much Emily

Horrible service. Walked in 5 min before closing and it was like I went for nothing. Nothing was done and horrible attention from doctor. Staff was polite and helpful but doctor was horrible and did nothing to help.

Made an appointment for COVID testing, waited three days for an available time. Arrived for my appointment, an individual in RiteCare scrubs told me they were not honoring online appointments. I verify with staff that they did not have an appointment for me and refused to honor the online appointment. I even pointed out that on the RiteCare website they state appointments are not necessary but encouraged for COVID testing. They will only honor appointments made by phone or in person. I tried to make an appointment and they didn't have anything dates available till the second week of July. They claimed to be VERY busy but the clinic was appeared almost empty. Staff was unprofessional and worse than that, they acted insensitively. I wouldn't recommend this Urgent Care simply based on the nonplus and unconcerned attitude of the staff. BTW...I waited 92 minutes on the phone to be exact.

I would definitely recommend RiteCare Urgent Care to anyone. The staff is always friendly and polite especially Dr. Silber.
