Overpriced horrible customer service will not return phone calls or answer questions on previous purchases. Since I'm a local I know good and well that most of their great reviews are nothing but family friends and cousins. I better stop there because anyone that lives around here knows the truth

Do not buy any plant matter from this company. I bought two Beremots in December. They came just about dead. I sent them a picture and asked for a refund. I never heard back from them. I threw the plants out.

I would sincerely like to be thankful for the customer service of the Grimm's Garden team for the attention to customers needs and matters - thank you very much! As a Customer I have got excellent customer service buying berry plants. I have ordered 2 berry bushes and received even small gift for house decoration as a compliment - very pleasant! The order was delivered fast, packaged very well, plants looked absolutely alive. The order needed some correction and it was done by the Company quickly and with a such a care! I am sincerely grateful for the service made for, I am delighted with it. Warmest appreciation for energy and professional skills, and that is why I would like to recommend that Grimm's Garden company as the good Vendor with a great customer service.

The staff member who answered my call (I think her name was Holly?) was warm and provided exceptional service. I requested a hold on the shipping which they gladly provided. Shipping was FAST (2 days) and my Elderberry shrub was in beautiful condition despite being packaged and in transit during the summer weather. Thank you, Grimm’s Garden! Will purchase here again in the future!

The native ironweed I ordered came in very bad condition. Most plants had two thirds of leaves britlle and dead. Two had every single leaf dessicated. I am giving them TLC but I am not optimistic. When I called to voice concern, Jonathan was pleasant and took off the price of the two dead ones and told me to wait and see about the rest. The customer sevice was good but it seemed that they didn't water the plants before shipping which would be a big mistake. Planting sickly looking plants is not my idea of a gardening positve experience and so I am doubtful whether I would reccommend Grimes to another person but I am waiting to see if they perk up and which point I will amend this review.
