I had a wonderful experience working with Brandon and Tammy! Wonderful people, service and experience! I had just bought a car 8 months ago and it had already had issues and I decided on a whim to browse at Junge since I was in the area. I felt so comfortable and relaxed throughout the 2 days it took to finalize my deal! They worked with me a ton on my price range and gave me double what another dealership offered me for my previous car! My mom is going to make the trip to perchase a vehicle from Junge after hearing how great they were to me! 10/10 recommend.
I decided, while at work on a Friday afternoon, that I needed to trade my car in on something with four wheel drive before a snowstorm that was supposed to hit mid morning on Saturday. I did a quick google search and found a jeep I liked at Junge. I hit the “get today’s price,” button, entered in some information (and sent it), got an email back right away saying they still had it etc... I replied saying I’d be in first thing in the morning. The next day I go in and a girl, with a pretty smile on her face, introduces herself as Anne. She says she was the girl I had been emailing with the day before. She points towards the door, shows me the jeep I emailed about was already in the process of being pulled up. She introduces the salesperson that drove it up as Michael. Michael and I take the jeep for a test drive and shoot the sh*t for awhile, while I’m doing the test drive. We get back, I say that’s what I want, and Michael gets Byron and introduces him as the financial advisor. The three of us agree on everything. Byron works out some numbers. And everything is good. I am out the door, with 4 wheel drive, before any kind of mid morning bad weather. Everyone did good, no complaints. Very positive experience!
I came into the dealership looking to upgrade our vehicle and was met by Kelly at the front door. He immediately greeted us and asked what we were in for. Once I told him the unit we were after, he instantly offered to grab it and warm it up so it would be ready to test drive. The test drive process was no hassle and NO PRESSURE, which eased my mind to how the rest of the process was going to go. Kelly offered to throw more fuel in the SUV to make sure we had plenty of time to get a good feel for it and have no time limits. Once back in the office, the negotiation went flawlessly and Kelly really made us feel like we mattered, rather than another commission check. Once numbers were settled on, Byron came into the mix as the finance man and our experience continued to get better. Byron made my wife and I feel very comfortable, and again made sure we didn’t feel pressured into anything. We exchanged stories and at the end of the day all those involved really did make us feel like family. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Junge today. We will certainly be recommending our friends and family, as well as returning when our next need arises.
Had an EXCELLENT experience here that allowed me to get into my dream vehicle within 2 days. Perry Hagen was a Mazda expert. He was knowledgable in every aspect of the vehicle and never felt pressuring or uncomfortable to be around, especially when I began to get nervous about making this first, huge purchase. He let me take the car overnight to think about it & never badgered me about if I was going to buy it or not. He let me reach out to them and we decided to move forward that next evening. Tammy was fantastic and made the finance side of things a breeze. She is so friendly and welcoming & I would suggest any and everyone who is nervous about the car buying experience to definitely go to Perry & Tammy. I felt constantly informed and educated on my purchase & it allowed me to enjoy the process of getting into a 2018 Mazda CX-5! Perry filled my tank up with gas, got it all cleaned up, walked me through every setting in the car, and helped me get my phone connected. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Tammy, Perry, & Junge Cedar Rapids! You guys are in the right business!
