If i could give them less than a 1 star i would. Because of thier tech support lying to me this morning i have now missed an entir days work. We had a storm this morning and it fired my modem. So i call tech support at 6 am and i am told they will send someone out as soon as they open at 8 am. When no one showed up at 845am i called back and spoke to customer service and i am told tech support lied to me because they dont put tickets in. The rep transfered me to a supervisor when tells me they are puttimg the ticket in now and they would be out as soon as they could. I call back at 150 i am told they dont work trouble tickets till after 4 and was basically called a liar by the rep because she didnt belive tech support said that. I am making it my personal mission to post on every social media outlet to tell everyone how bad this companies customer service is.

This is an ok cable company they need better service when I call they kinda answer my questions but I'm missing channels that I told them that I wanted also they told ME that I would get the channels
I always give good service and keep everything working real good for us 1
Must be a rotten place to work, the people here have a rotten attitudes
The local cable company. They don't necessarily provide the service that a big-city company does but they give you a good bang for the buck.
