I placed a pickup order for 7:30. I arrived exactly at 7:30 and after getting it home 10-15min later we found our food warm at best, missing slaw and pickles on sandwiches as well as no sauces as ordered for each meal, and no drinks. If you order from the Hickory, NC location double check everything before you leave! Follow-up... a \Response from the owner\ was posted as a response to my negative review. I took the time (immediately, that evening) to follow through with their request to give them a change to make things right. What did I get...? Silence! No response to my email! It's sad because I used to take my family there all the time supporting them from the week they opened. I guess they just wanted to make it look like they they cared about the negative experiences customers have. I see they have posted the same message to other negative reviews.

The food looks good...but it's lacking in flavor. The sauces where horrible. Half of the Coca cola Products where out of order. They also has the ice cream machine out of order. Was my first time and the last one in this location.
Ordered 3 sliders with various sides through Doordash. One 6 side missing. All 3 sandwiches were completely plain, missing sauce, slaw, and/or cheese. NO BBQ sauce in our order from a BBQ place. Called to speak to the manager on duty and was told there was not one there. Also be aware that a 3.50 side is about 1/2 cup and 6 is one cup portion.
We placed a large take out order, it was ready when we got there. We ordered pulled pork and brisket and it was delicious!! The tea was very good too. I will definitely be back!
I just paid 15 for this plate, small portions. Dickey you need to step it up! Food was awesome though! Dasher was awesome.
