I placed an online order... MISTAKE BUYER BEWARE OF PETCO!!!!! I placed an online order of 229. I am new to ordering from Petco. They immediately took my money and a tracking number was issued. But then, there was NO movement Day 1, NONE Day 2, NONE Day 3, NONE Day 4, NONE today. Every time I check, it says the label is created BUT UPS has NOT received the item. I chatted, I called twice... NOTHING!! That's an awful way to treat a first time customer!! I kept getting the runaround and empty promises!! The LACK of good customer service has most definitely soured me on Petco!! If I don't see some movement today, I think I will contact the news outlets so they can report about this company and WARN other unsuspecting persons. And, I think I will contact the District Attorney to see if they can help me since I have apparently been SCAMMED!! And, I will contact my bank and dispute the charges. If I'm not going to receive my order, then I can at least try to get my money returned!!!! DO NOT ORDER online from this place!!!!
We had been waiting for 6 weeks for ferrets to come in stock, calling checking daily. When 2 of them did come in, they were watching over them but wouldn't sale until they were ready. I left my name and number for someone to call me to pick 1 up when they were ready, I even tried to pay for one ahead of time to pick up when they were ready. Called today, we don't have any ferrets, we already sold them.. thats a bunch of bs in my opinion, never go back That's
Very clean, al the animals looked healthy and were i clean cages...like the variety you can find there. This was just one of the teeny tiny frogs I would love to be able to get.
