I have been shopping here for my business every week for 3 years. I started doing pick up to save me some time. This has been a huge help and I am glad they started doing this. My only complaint is when the person comes out to load my car, I tell them to put the big items (togo boxes, boxes of chips, 30lb oil jug) in the back seat because it will not fit in my trunk...after I say this, they still continue to jam it in my trunk. Once they realize \oh yeah it won't fit back here\ they do what I suggested in the first place. I know what can and can't fit in my vehicle. This has happened three times. I feel that if I (the customer) says to put it in my back seat, they should respect my request and not jam it in my trunk and squish other items.

I found everything I wanted. All the staff were very nice and helpful! I have been going to Sam's sense I was a kid and have always had a wonderful experience. That says a lot! I have been very happy with all the variety of products and services as well.

I went yesterday to stock up on a few things. There was a crowd but not as bad as I thought it would be. I was able to get everything I needed and checkout without extra long lines. The prices were great as usual. Nothing i but needed was on sale but the prices are already good for buying in bulk.
