We use Acutis pretty much exclusively for our Covid testing but soon adding more like their state of the art Uti testing they offer as well. Andrew C. Is the rep that manages our account and is far and above the best I've dealt with in the industry. Andrew C. Has helped us more than once when in a pinch and checks in often as well to see if we need anything.The company's techs are always top notch as well. I recommend Acutis Diagnostics every chance I get. If you are looking for a new Company look no further than these guys.

My colleagues and I have come to know Acutis over the past year. We used a big national laboratory prior to Acutis and we still use the other lab for general blood works. There is no comparison. Acutis is lightspeed ahead in getting results to us. Our sales representative told us that they are infectious disease experts - - - and we see that expertise first hand. Recently I was told that they have a way of detecting whether the patient has enough sample in the swab. This is a great feature. I called to ask about whether they can detect the new UK strain everyone is worried about and they provided a great scientific explanation on the work they had done to make us feel comfortable. The loyalty that Acutis built with my colleagues is something we won't forget because they have been reliable, professional and always there for us. I know that the past year hasn't been easy. I just want to make sure their hard work is appreciated. I do and I tell their sales rep this.
After exploring a number of options I am confident that Acutis offers the best customer service in their space. Their dedication and consistent, timely execution makes all the difference. Plenty of companies promise great service and most of the time the hype outweighs the results, but my experience with Acutis has been just the opposite.
