If you are serious about Real Estate and passing your state test, I highly recommend North East Real Estate Academy! Tina, the instructor, has decades of Real Estate knowledge she provides as examples or additional feedback throughout the course to help students get a better understanding of the information they are given. She engages students individually, whether you are online or in-person, and puts a focus on information you will need in order to pass your state test. In other words, I passed the state test on my first try.
