What a great company! Their drivers are prompt, professional and courteous. Their cars are super clean. The owner Matt and his team are always available and really go the extra mile to make sure your trip is perfect!
Ultimate Class is exactly what it says the Ultimate in Class and service. Matt and his team are great. The cars are in amazing condition and the team couldn't be more accommodating. I highly recommend Matt and Ultimate Class for anyone who needs service for their next event or affair.
Update... I really appreciate that the owner responded to my comment I will be giving them another try upon my next visit to New York. hired another limo company to pick me up from my flight at jfk need to be brought back to my hotel in Long Island unfortunately they had to canceled on me so I called ultimate class limo around 1 AM because most Limo companies have a 24 hour answering service well all I got was some very very angry voicemail with a lady saying “please leave a message and will call you back “ She sounded so angry, unprofessional and mean on the voicemail that I was afraid to leave a voicemail sounded like she would possibly rip my head off.... LOL she sounded so irritated. I ended just calling a different company who charge me 325... it’s unfortunate because I fly a lot and I would’ve used Ultimate class for my future flights. I fly into New York several times a year I heard a lot of great things about ultimate class sad they have such an angry receptionist that scares off their customers. I heard the owner is very nice. Hopefully he will be able to coach his employees on friendliness.
Matt provided a limo bus for us back in August for a trip out east. It was extremely clean, stocked up and the driver was such a sweetheart! He was so fun as well! The pricing was great as well! Highly recommend using Matts services!
