If your load is ready, they are quick but at least 2 hours which is usual in a reefer load. I used to give them one star because of a very rude person who was sitting at a front desk. But since he is gone, the quality and experience dealing with them has improvised a lot. Mostly no weight issues but there is a public scale nearby just in case. One less star is for washroom. It's always dirty with no paper towel and handwash. A good management would have improved it.

It good to call them and let them know you are a mil away so they know you coming
