Disorganized, rarely anyone there who knows English. One time I called, and the guy hung up on me because he couldn't understand English. Funny how their rating on here is still good, yet all the positive comments are only in Spanish. They only serve foreigners, apparently.

Su ubicación a 1 minuto del puente internacional Hidalgo lo hace muy conveniente. Tienen un horario muy amplio y muy cómodo ya que cierran tarde 9pm y abren los domingos hasta las 7pm.

Excelente opción de servicio de Paqueteria. Servicio diario hasta las 8,. Y con servicio los Domingos. Además permite la entrega de paquetes a terceros, previo correo de notificación del titular.

El servicio depende de quién te atienda. Se la viven \perdiendo\ paquetes y te hacen dar vueltas en lo que buscan, siendo que tienen el numero de guía, te dicen que no lo encuentran. Un curso de Atención al Cliente no les haría mal.
