The woman who answers the phone is rude & unprofessional. They’re supposed to check the tank when in the area but never have. I have to call when I think we may be getting low. Last year they wouldn’t come out because they said the roads weren’t plowed. After two months I called the ranger station and found out they were plowed. Our tank was empty by the time they filled it. We had to drive 400 miles to light the pilots & check for broken pipes. Same thing was happening this year so we changed services to Hunt & sons. They have been awesome!! They check the tank every 2 weeks in the winter and monthly in the summer.
