Is it really that difficult to answer the phone? Is it too much work?? I've been trying get a hold of y'all and no one ever answers. So what's the point of having a phone number online if no one picks up the phone!?? You keep getting bad reviews and that's not looking good for y'all

Yikes and no thanks. As a business woman and executive myself, I truly understand the value of timeliness to keep a business running. I can also appreciate context and empathy. Today my husband and I were forced to reschedule our 7 month old’s flu vaccine booster shot after arriving THREE AND A HALF MINUTES late for her appointment. Let me be clear– this means that one of us is now taking 2 hours of our own personal and professional time to accommodate an entirely new appointment for a booster shot that will likely be administered in less than five minutes, for which we have already spent more than 45 minutes of our time to visit this doctor’s office once. Let’s hope this business has the world’s most accurate clocks. However, we won’t be syncing up our watches to find out. (I also hope patients aren’t asked to wait more than 3.5 minutes themselves after arriving early or precisely on time, given the new and overly strict arrival policy.) It’s never a parent’s intention to arrive late, and certainly wasn’t ours today, but timing with one or more child can be harrowing and tough to predict down to the exact minute, especially for working parents. My suggestion is that this business share and over share their 2020 policy shift regarding arrival time with patients en mass, as a such punitive, insensitive policy should be clearly disseminated before being implemented. Our family is changing medical providers after this experience, as this medical office seems to value its own time and bottom line well above the needs of its young patients. Its shocking that my young, vulnerable infant left the office today in the height of flu season without receiving an immunization as punishment for being less than five minutes late. Going forward we’ll take our children where they receive care and are treated with value, even if we walk in the door 3.5 minutes later than planned.

Poor front desk service, clearly don't care about patients. I would review the doctor if I had seen him. I was literally 5 minutes and 37 seconds late, and was turned away and asked to reschedule due to being late. They claimed the next appointment was already there. There was nobody in the waiting room, and if they did take the next appointment back they could just slide us to that spot and have us wait. But that wasn't even considered. We had called earlier to bump up this appointment due to a sudden death in the family, and had explained that when the appointment was made. I would understand if we were more late, or if we didn't have our particular circumstance. They clearly don't care about the patients.

Don’t know why but this place is just horrible now in every aspect. From calling to schedule to being seen by the assistants and doctors.

I used to love this pediatric office when we used to see Dr Tran. It would be awesome to know where she went. The past few times we have seen Dr Suga, and he is always in a rush to get us out and move to the next patient. I don’t feel that he honestly cares about my 11 month old son. He doesn’t take the time to allow my son to get familiar and comfortable with him before he starts “poking and prodding.” I will be switching pediatric offices after our appointment today. Very disappointed.
