Highly recommend Joe as a guide! He is so knowledgable and challenges me as climber while making sure that safety is always a priority. I've grown so much as a climber (physically and mentally) from climbing with him, and can't wait till next Spring to do more. And he's so much fun to spend a day with at the cliffs! Climb with Joe -- you won't regret it!

Joe is an amazing guide and a great teacher. He is incredibly safe and patient. I've learned a ton climbing with him. It is always a great day out climbing with Joe. Can't recommend him enough.

Climbing with Joe was great - he is extremely experienced and safety conscious. Easy to trust quickly off the bat. And, just as importantly, knows where to go to get the goods on any given day. Enjoyed each day I got out with Joe - climbed a wide variety of ice, mixed and dry tool routes at popular crags and remote locations alike. Easy to get along with and would highly recommend a day or more out with him.

I've climbed with Joe twice and he was just phenomenal both times. The first was last summer with a few friends: he took us up to the Gunks while we were fairly inexperienced, set our courses and gave us really helpful tricks. A few weeks back I called him up and he took me and my cousin (who is only 16!) out and was glad I did. He's really professional but a ton of fun. He has really good insights on where to climb, will teach you something new every time, and is all around just a great, safe and knowledgeable guy to spend the day with. I'll 100% be back. Thanks again Joe, good luck in Colorado this fall!
