My parents and I went to check out this apartment complex after a long day of apartment hunting. From the minute we walked into the door, we were greeted by Meghan with the most amazing customer service and professionalism! This quality is something the other apartment assistants lacked at the other apartment complexes we had visited earlier in the day. Meghan was so helpful and very informative with the plans and did not hesitate to show us multiple models. At the end of the tour, I was so happy with what I saw that I couldn’t wait to apply!

I’ve lived here for 4 years and love it. It is close to everything yet safe and quiet. I have great neighbors and the residents are a nice combination of college students and retirees. Any calls for repairs have been promptly attended to. I highly recommend it

This place is very efficient on everything from customer service to repairs. I love how everything is set up online, so you don't have to go the leasing office to communicate. They really keep you informed about what's going on in the neighborhood or any upcoming events by frequent emails. If you are looking for convenience and safety this will be the place to live.

I am a current resident. I have had a positive experience here at Palladium Park. The office staff is very nice and maintenance is always done in a timely manner. It’s mostly quiet except sometimes on weekends. It’s also super convenient for shopping/dining.

I lived here a few years ago and loved it. I felt like the staff were friendly, it had great amenities, and the grounds were kept clean. Other residents were friendly as well.
