Chicago Title's solution for customer service during the pandemic is not working. Picture yourself in the full sun, in 95 degree heat, parked in your car on new vitriolic asphalt for 2.5 hours, signing dozens of documents for one of the most important transactions in your life. I was told I could not go in, Curbside Signing Only. Other customers are going in. You'd think this was a new, fledgling and underfunded business, not a stalwart institution. Chicago Title can do better.
