Will not purchase from again. I needed a set of patches that I had purchased from here in the recent past. I make a special trip out today only to be refused the ability to purchase more. I was told that they would only provide new patches if new clothing was purchased. Shuttler’s has just lost my career long business.

I used to enjoy coming to this location but, as a USPS employee I will not recommend this location or Parma. If you are not a Police Officer you are not greeted at the door. They talk over your head, and if you are still standing there after they have IGNORED you, then they don’t have anything you want to buy! They ALWAYS have the same shirts and sizes that only a teenager could fit! But thank you for the one person that rescued me and actually Tried to help me! You know who you are, I really regret that I didn’t get your name! But I appreciate your care and concern! Be better and do better!

Better customer service than Schwartz will ever have.

Really love the customer service...1 of the ladies gave my kids candy and drawing paper while I waited for my patch to be sewed on my shirt. And the other lady was very helpful with me trying on clothes and explaining how orders work. Just a lovely visit...

I was told when I called that they closed at 5pm. On their door it said that they closed at 5pm. I said I would be there before 5. I got stuck in more traffic than expected, but I arrived there at the door between 4:58 and 5:59. I went to open the door and it was locked. The woman behind the counter about 5 ft away just looked at me and shrugged, then walked away. I assume that she was the same woman that I had just talked to on the phone since no one else was there. She was was rude on the phone, but I had chalked that up to a bad day. She was already charging me 10 extra to sew on patches just because my jacket was purchased at a different shop. Go to Novak's or Stonewall's. They are both cheaper AND nice to work with.
