OMG! we really had a great time!!! Amazing customer service! This is a basic outdoor range... But you are made to feel comfortable the perfect place to shoot your pistols or your rifle.. I will be visiting again soon!

My conceal carry class (out of O'fallon, IL) was supposed to have our qualifications here. Our instructor called them and verified with them that we were coming and they acknowledged that they were ready. However, when we arrived, they notified our class (16 of us) that the range wasn't available and that it slipped their mind to tell us that originally or to call us back so we didn't waste a trip. A lot of our class was over an hour away. Would've been nice for them to either accommodate us or at least notify our class instructors that the range wasn't available. Never used the range but based on the lack of communication and a wasted trip I won't be back.

Me and my significant other have been here many times over the past few years. Recently last month during our visit to the Highland Pistol and Rifle Club; the service Nichole gave was exceptional and accommodating to all of my needs. She was also friendly and attentive during all of my visits. The grounds are always nice and well maintained. It's a good place to spend an afternoon. I would Highly recommend.
