Great place to work if you are dedicated and motivated. Anyone can move up into management if you are to take the job serious and do your best everyday. I am a example of this coming from a 3rd shift truck loader to a supervisor on every shift. Come check Midwest Glass out. Awesome work place to make a career and life long time friends!!!!

Do not work here. My personal experience with Midwest started fair, but slowly become a nightmare.... everyday seemed like someone new was getting the boot... 10 years at the company or 10 days your job wasn’t safe. Egos are massive in almost every department not including IT... the ego of ownership and department heads caused much strife creating an awful workplace environment where all good intentions went to die. There was no feedback on performance. You could never really get a good feel for how well or how poor you were at your job until the day you were called into HR and were told to pack your things. When being let go myself I was told “it’s not your fault but we are firing you” doesn’t seem like a great reason for being let go. So Even when you are being fired you aren’t given feedback. Based on stories that I have heard it’s amazing to me that ownership hasn’t gotten themselves in serious trouble(legally or financially) I can not say if any of it is true but if it is I would steer clear of this company. It’s bad news and I have my doubts on it changing. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions Whether you are a possible future employee or are just curious about Midwest.
