Wonderful results with very important old VHS tapes. Staff was very empathetic (Melissa), and communicated with me throughout the process during shutdowns of businesses here in NJ. EverPresent did a great job converting my family's slides to DVD. The process was simple and convenient. I was able to make copies for the rest of my family and get digital copies also. Highly recommended if you have older formats of your memories.

I recently used EverPresent to copy my 54 HI-8 tapes (2 hrs. each) to DVD-R discs, and am very satisfied with the final results. The copies are of good quality, and the service and follow-up on some minor issues was exceptional. I will use them again for future copying and reproductions. Pete B.
